It all started in 1948: the year in which the Giglio family entered the  fuel market with “its own” firm which immediately specialized, not only in the marketing side but also in the supply of energy utilities and services.
These activities were developed over the years until they became the actual backbone of a Group consisting in a network of firms  operating in the integrated services sector which focused increasingly on providing “key in hand” building management services and total flexibility with regard to customer demands.
The Giglio Group uses its vast 60 year plus experience, and the ability to progressively acquire new skills which are applicable to highly specialized business concerns, to anticipate new market demands and create its own internal operational structures based on the concept of Global Service.
This is how the philosophy of the Group can be described; the belief that facing the problems of building management using a unique and coordinated project is the only way to optimise costs, guarantee efficiency of the services provided and the preservation of asset and equity values.
The ongoing investments in technological innovation, the constant commitment to research and the unfaltering team work have allowed the Group to address some of the more complex sectors, such as hospital facilities, providing a range of highly specialized services that range from management activities and maintenance of biomedical and scientific equipments to the support services for hospital pharmacies, which consist in personalized and controlled medicine management services, including unit dose facilities.
